Excel Export

Export your complete SEO audit as a professional Excel file with 9 data tabs, ready for analysis and tracking.

What is the Excel Export?

TeckBlaze generates a complete Excel (.xlsx) file containing all your SEO audit data, organized into 9 professional tabs. Each tab is optimized for a specific aspect of the audit: global summary, page inventory, detected issues, Lighthouse performance, accessibility, broken links, images, AI recommendations, and redirects. The file uses conditional formatting with color coding (green/orange/red) to quickly identify critical issues. Headers are frozen, auto-filters are active, and columns are auto-sized for immediate readability. It's the ideal tool for SEO teams that need to analyze data in depth, create action plans, and track issue resolution over time.

The 9 Excel Tabs

  • Summary — Global score, category scores, issue counts by severity, site info
  • All URLs — Complete inventory: URL, HTTP status, title, meta description, H1, canonical, word count, response time, depth
  • SEO Issues — All detected issues with severity (critical/high/medium/low), type, message and affected page
  • Performance — Lighthouse scores per page + Core Web Vitals: LCP, FCP, TBT, CLS, Speed Index
  • Accessibility — axe-core violations with impact, description, help and affected node count
  • Broken Links — Broken links: source page, target URL, status code, link text
  • Images — All images with src, alt text, dimensions, loading attribute
  • Recommendations — AI recommendations sorted by priority and category with description, impact and fix instructions
  • Redirects — Redirecting pages with destination URL and status code

How It Works

At the end of each scan, click the 'Excel' button in the results bar. The file is generated server-side with ExcelJS. Each tab has bold headers on a dark background, auto-filters on every column, a frozen first row, and auto-sized columns. Severity cells are automatically colored: red for critical, orange for high, yellow for medium, green for low. Scores are also colored: green >= 80, orange 50-79, red < 50. The file is ready to be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice without any configuration.

Why It Matters

An SEO audit generates hundreds of data points. Without a structured export, it's impossible to prioritize, delegate, and track fixes. The Excel file lets you filter by severity to tackle critical issues first, sort by page to identify the most problematic pages, and share with your development team the technical fixes needed. You can also compare two exports over time to measure your progress. It's your complete SEO action plan in a single file.
